These terms of use govern the use of the website daily-coupons.info (the "Website"). The operator is Hasanbaba KG, Kirchenbühl 562, 6952 Hittisau, Österreich, FN 645893 v at the Landesgericht Feldkirch, UID ATU 81684358 (the "Operator" or "we"). A "User" is anyone who accesses the Website. A "Provider" is the respective online shop whose voucher, deal or information is shown on the Website. "Offers" means the voucher codes, discount promotions and other benefits of the Providers shown on the Website.
daily-coupons.info is an information portal that gathers, checks and presents voucher codes, deals and information about online shops. The Website is not an online shop, not a marketplace and not a broker of purchase contracts. We do not sell any goods or services ourselves, we do not run our own shopping basket, and we do not process any payments. Using the Website is free and requires no account and no registration.
Using the Website does not create any purchase contract, brokerage contract or advisory contract for goods or services between the User and the Operator. A purchase contract is formed exclusively between the User and the respective Provider, once the User follows a link on the Website to that Provider's shop and places an order there. The Operator is not a party to that contract and acquires no rights or obligations from it.
The vouchers and deals shown on the Website come from the respective Providers or their affiliate programmes and are gathered by us, technically matched several times a day, and displayed. Despite this ongoing checking, we cannot rule out that a code has in the meantime been withdrawn, changed or time-limited by the Provider before our system records this. What is shown in the shop of the respective Provider is always decisive for the validity, conditions and duration of an offer.
Showing a voucher or deal on daily-coupons.info does not give rise to any claim against the Operator that this benefit can actually be redeemed with the Provider. Whether and to what extent a code works is decided solely by the respective Provider. If a code no longer works, you can tell us via "Report a code" so that we can adjust the display accordingly; this does not give rise to any claim to a replacement or compensation.
The Operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected by this. For slight negligence, the Operator is liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, and the amount is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract at the time it was concluded. Beyond that, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The Operator provides no warranty for goods and services obtained through linked shops; claims for defects, late delivery or incorrect pricing must be asserted solely against the respective Provider. We are not responsible for third-party content that we merely link to; however, as soon as we become aware of a specific legal violation, we remove the link concerned without delay.
The structure, design, texts and our own compilations on daily-coupons.info are protected by copyright. Private, non-commercial use within the intended scope is permitted. Systematic, automated extraction, copying or reuse of the content, in particular to build up a separate database, is prohibited without our prior written consent. Names, logos and marks of the shops named on the Website are trademarks of the respective companies and remain their property; we use them solely to identify the Providers.
A reference to daily-coupons.info in the form of a simple link is generally permitted, as long as it does not create a misleading impression of origin, the Website is not embedded in a third-party frame in a way that disguises its origin, and no unlawful, misleading or reputation-damaging content appears around the link. A deep link to individual subpages is possible; the automated, systematic embedding of our content on a third-party site requires our prior written consent.
In particular, it is prohibited to provide false information when using the Website, to infringe the rights of third parties or applicable law, to use or distribute malicious software, to extract or search the Website in an automated way, for example through scraping software, bots or comparable programs, to impair the functioning of the Website through excessive or deliberately disruptive access, and to reuse content from the Website commercially without our prior consent. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect such a violation, we may restrict or block access for the User concerned.

We may change these terms of use in order to adapt them to a changed legal situation, new features of the Website, or changed processes. The version published on this page at the time of use is decisive.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where the User is a consumer, this remains without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual place of residence, to the extent that these grant them more extensive protection.
To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these terms of use is the court responsible for the Operator's registered seat in Austria.
The European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution was discontinued in July 2025 and is no longer available. Consumers in Austria can turn to the Internet Ombudsstelle in Vienna for disputes relating to an online transaction, reachable at www.ombudsstelle.at. We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We are, however, interested in an amicable solution and ask you to contact us directly first.
Should any provision of these terms of use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by a rule that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
